1. Standard Listing 

The Standard Listing has a once off cost of R450 excl vat or N$450 excl VAT. Eish SA has the right to turn down your Addsite application if your website does not comply with these terms and conditions. Eish SA has the right to remove your website if the content on your website changes in such a way that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Pornography and Damaging Content

Eish SA will not tolerate the inclusion of any website containing content that might be damaging or derogatory to certain adult viewers and children. The likes of extreme violence, sexual content, gore, pornography and any other content that we might deem damaging to our viewers. Eish SA has an Adult category under Entertainment and we will include websites under that category upon our approval.

3. SPAM 

Eish SA is against and will not tolerate SPAM and we do everything possible to keep within the current SPAM regulations. Part of our marketing strategy is to send email invitations to companies, organisations and people inviting them to list themselves on the Eish SA Website Directory free of charge. Each email invitation that goes out has the necessary UNSUBSCRIBE facilities and our details and contact details are fully legible on each invitation. We do not intend to harm or inconvenience anyone with the sending of our email invitations and because of the nature of our business we feel that it is the best way to market our Website Directory to companies, organisations and people who themselves have websites.

4. Eish SA Newsletters and email messages

Eish SA sends out occasional newsletters or email messages to the companies, organisations or people who have listed their websites on the Eish SA Website Directory. Your listing will be automatically  regarded as a subscription to the abovementioned newsletters or email messages.

5. Payment to Eish SA

We prefer payments made to us to be done by internet transfer. We will however make exceptions if we really need to.
